• Payment Information: Your Pro plan subscription status. Your credit card information is not stored directly by us; payments are processed through a secure third party.

Collected data is used for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your account.
• To display your profile publicly (username and links you add).
• To provide link click statistics.
• To improve the Service and develop new features.
• To ensure security and prevent fraud.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

The following third-party services are used:

• Supabase: Database and authentication services. Supabase processes your data according to its own privacy policy.
• Paddle: Processing of paid subscription payments. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and securely processes card payments on our behalf. Your card details are not stored by us.
• Vercel: Hosting of the Service. Server logs may be used for security and performance.

These third parties only process data to the extent necessary for providing the service and do not use your data for their own purposes.

5. Cookies

LinkLyHub uses cookies for session management and to remember your preferences. Cookies are stored through your browser and deleted when the session is closed. Third-party advertising cookies are not used.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data (account information, profile, links) is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Deletion is completed within 30 days.
