1. Description of Service

LinkLyHub is a "link-in-bio" platform that allows users to collect and share their social media profiles, websites, portfolios, and other personal links on a single public profile. The Service is offered as both free and paid (Pro) plans.

2. Account Responsibilities

You need to create an account to use the Service. Regarding your account:

• You are responsible for keeping your registration information accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for the security of your account. If your password is shared with third parties, you must change it immediately.
• You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
• You may not transfer your account to others.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for the following purposes:

• Sharing links that contain unauthorized or illegal content (pirated software, malware, phishing sites, etc.).
• Sharing spam, deceptive, or misleading links.
• Sharing content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Linking to content that promotes hate speech, violence, sexual abuse, or is illegal in any way.
• Attempting to test, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service's security.
• Automatically using the Service with bots or scripts (except API usage).
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.

Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.

4. Billing and Cancellation

• LinkLyHub offers a free plan. The free plan allows up to 3 links.
• The Pro plan is offered for a monthly subscription fee. Current pricing is listed on the pricing page.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. When cancelled, your access to the Service continues until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for cancelled subscriptions; however, you can continue using Pro features until the end of the period.
• Payments are processed through Paddle, a secure third-party payment provider (Merchant of Record). Your credit card information is not stored by us.

5. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights of content you share on LinkLyHub belong to you. LinkLyHub does not claim any rights over this content. However, we reserve the right to display your links publicly for the Service to function properly.

6. Disclaimer

LinkLyHub is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will operate uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service.

We assume no responsibility for links shared through your profile page or third-party websites. It is your responsibility to review the privacy policies and terms of service of third-party sites.

7. Service Changes

LinkLyHub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service (in whole or in part) at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the following cases:

• Violation of the terms of service.
• Endangering the Service's security or other users.
• Engaging in illegal activities.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).

In the event of account suspension or termination, your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
