Beacons is a genuinely good creator platform — store, email marketing and a media kit in one place. The catch is the 9% seller fee. It applies on the free plan and on the $10/mo Creator plan. Dropping to 0% costs $30/mo on Creator Plus. LinkLyHub charges $1.99 to $7.99/mo and never takes a percentage of your sales.

What Beacons doesn't do
None of this makes Beacons a bad tool. It makes it an expensive one if you actually sell things.
A free plan that stays free
Beacons Free takes 9% of every digital product sale. So does the $10/mo Creator plan. Our free plan takes 0%, forever.
Cheap access to 0% fees
Getting to 0% on Beacons costs $30/mo on Creator Plus — $360 a year, or $300 billed annually. Everything unlocked on LinkLyHub is $7.99/mo.
A password-protected page
Lock your whole page behind a password. Beacons doesn't publish this on any plan.

The math
Selling $500 a month of digital products? On Beacons Free that's a $45 monthly fee on top of nothing. On the $10 Creator plan it's still $53 a month. Beacons Creator Plus gets you to 0%, at $30/mo.
LinkLyHub Advanced is $7.99/mo and takes 0% on every plan — including free. That's $384.12 a year against Beacons Creator Plus, and $515.88 against the $10 Creator plan once the fee is counted.
Common questions
Does Beacons really take 9% of my sales?
Yes — on the free plan and on the $10/mo Creator plan. Getting to 0% is Creator Plus at $30/mo, or $300 billed annually. Those are Beacons' own figures from October 2026.
Is LinkLyHub missing features Beacons has?
Yes. Beacons has email marketing, a media kit and a full store that we don't offer. If you need those, Beacons is the better buy. If you need a link page that doesn't take a cut of what you earn, we are.
What can I do for free on LinkLyHub?
5 links, click analytics and a QR code, forever, with no credit card. And a 0% fee on anything you sell through it — the free plan doesn't take a cut either.
Can I move my Beacons links over?
Yes. Copy the URLs across, publish, and swap the link in your bio. Takes about a minute.
